Mental Health workshops

Our workshops are fun and interactive, involving discussion, and experiences to make the time far more valuable and effective than a simple power point dump.

We facilitate various workshops and chats for your workplace or organisation, to help spread the word about mental health, break down stigma and promote positive mental health practices. We offer some fantastic workshops that can be run individually or combined to create a longer lasting impact.
